Design & Drafting

We develop complete 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, and assembly documentation using CATIA, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360. These environments allow us to maintain full design traceability, ensure dimensional accuracy, and adapt to client-specific standards and libraries.

Simulation & Analysis

We apply finite element (FEM) and flow (CFD/DEM) simulations to validate structures, mechanical loads, and fluid behavior under real conditions. This allows us to optimize layouts, geometries, and parameters with precision before production. Our analysis toolkit includes Ansys, Ansys Rocky DEM, and complementary in-house analytical methods.

Integration Support

Our integration support ensures that every component fits seamlessly within existing systems. We verify interfaces, clearances, and mechanical compatibility across conveyors, tanks, and process equipment — including piping coordination, accessibility, and safety compliance. When required, we also support the integration of collaborative robots (cobots) within manufacturing lines, assisting in their mechanical adaptation and synchronization with surrounding processes.
